We are a very proud English company so you can expect the highest level of Customer Service in all Diving activities, PADI Courses and Packages. We deliver what we would expect ourself and no less. You can expect good communication giving clear and concise information and having all your questions answered in detail. We are very happy to answer any questions you may have and we will always be happy to assist with any questions you have about Egypt in general too. When you book activities with us or a Diving Holiday, we will be there for you to give advice and help with most things.

You can also expect clear pricing and you will have no added extras to your bill at the end. You will get no surprises from us and all taxes are included. If you ask for an extra service during your stay a price will be given and that’s the price you pay. No extras at the end.

You can expect things to go smoothly, we plan everything in advance to make your stay with us as easy and stress free as possible. Occasionally things can happen out of our control but we will do everything we can to rectify any problems as soon as possible. We want you to have the best time possible so if we can do anything to help, please do let us know and we will try our best for you.

You can expect cleanliness, we keep our car clean that you will be picked up in, our equipment is cleaned and sterilised after every use and you can expect our boats to be clean. We see this as very important and its why we use a much better-quality boat than most. Yes, it costs a little more but I would rather a clean and nice boat instead of one that is not. We find having a nice environment to dive in and a clean environment provides a nice atmosphere which both us and you would like. 

You can expect to see a verity of dive sites, we are not a company that will go to the same place everyday so save money on fuel. We like to give our customer something different and we have a true passion for diving too. We are not a company who like to have as many customers as possible to generate the maximum income and make maximum profit. We want a great atmosphere, happy divers and to have the best diving day ever. We are very different from the rest and are very proud of it.

You expect things to be organised, we will communicate with you a pick-up time and we will be there a little before. If we are going to be late for any reason, we will let you know. Your equipment, if you need it will be dealt with in advance so there will be no problems when you arrive at the boat. All equipment is tested on a regular basis and is all new so you don’t have to worry about any problems. We like to plan everything in advance and also have a back up plan should anything go wrong so please do get back to us with any comms we send you about your time with us. 

Our aim is to deliver you a totally stress-free Scuba Diving Experience, weather you just book some days diving with us, PADI Courses or a full Diving Holiday we want it to go smoothly for you and do all we can to make this happen. If you have a request or something we can do for you then please let us know in advance and we will do our very best to make it happen. All our packages are flexible and we will tailor your holiday to your needs.

We pride ourself on excellence in everyway so you can expect small group diving in a maximum of 4 people and all PADI Courses are only conducted in maximum groups of 4 but often they are done one to one. We believe this allows us to deliver a service no other competitor does and sets us apart from the others.
