PADI Divemaster Course in Hurghada

The PADI Divemaster Course in Hurghada is the transition from recreational diver to diving professional. You develop a new mindset, ready to take responsibility for other divers. It is a chance to deepen your knowledge, improve your skills and learn to put the needs of others alongside your own. We want you to finish with confidence in what you can do, as well as pride in what you have achieved.

Personal teaching is at the heart of our course. We prefer to teach one to one and accept a maximum of two students at a time. Your PADI Master Instructor works closely with you, with time for questions, clear demonstrations and honest, helpful feedback.

Our base course runs over 10 days. To get the most from your training, we recommend staying for another 10 days. This gives you valuable experience and more time to put your new skills into practice. The optional extension costs extra, and we discuss the arrangements and price with you when planning your course.

The 10-day course costs £1,800 for one student, or £1,300 per person when two students book and train together. Equipment and eLearning are not included and must be purchased separately.

Tell us about your experience, qualifications and available dates. Together, we can plan a course that helps you take this important next step. Have a chat with us on WhatsApp.

Your PADI Divemaster course in Hurghada, step by step

Your training combines dive theory, practical skills and experience supporting diving activities. We plan the sessions around your development, rather than promising a fixed daily timetable.

  • Plan your course: first, send us your qualifications, logged dives, first-aid details and dates. We check the entry requirements and discuss your goals.
  • Prepare before arrival: we explain the eLearning and equipment you need to purchase separately. Complete the agreed preparation so you can make the most of your time with us.
  • Develop your knowledge: work through dive theory and knowledge assessments with support from your instructor. Ask questions whenever something needs a clearer explanation.
  • Refine your skills: practise clear demonstrations, water skills and rescue skills. You also work on dive planning, briefings and the practical tasks involved in helping a dive operation run well.
  • Learn to support other divers: gain supervised experience assisting with training and diving activities. Afterwards, review what went well and where you can improve.
  • Build more experience: consider the recommended additional 10 days to apply what you have learnt. We agree the extra cost and arrangements with you in advance.

Certification depends on meeting all PADI course requirements. The 10-day booking is our base training programme, not a promise of certification simply for attending.

Your PADI Divemaster course in Hurghada: personal support

The main aim of the Divemaster course is to help you move from recreational diving into professional diving. This means changing your mindset: learning to think and act as a diving professional, with responsibility for other divers as well as yourself. You begin to notice what other divers need, communicate clearly and take a thoughtful approach to responsibility. That change takes practice, and we are here to help you through it.

We prefer one-to-one teaching because it gives us time to understand how you learn. If two students join together, we still keep the group small and give each person individual feedback. We never teach more than two Divemaster students at a time.

Expect to work hard, ask questions and keep practising. At the same time, there is plenty to enjoy: friendships, shared progress and the satisfaction of a skill finally coming together. Our graduates’ photographs show some of those memorable moments.

PADI Divemaster course in Hurghada — your questions answered

How long is the PADI Divemaster course in Hurghada?

Our base course runs over 10 days. We recommend adding another 10 days to gain experience and practise what you have learnt. This optional extension costs extra; we discuss the price when planning your course.

Can I learn one to one?

Yes. One-to-one teaching is our preferred approach. We accept a maximum of two Divemaster students at a time, so you receive personal attention throughout your training.

What experience do I need before starting?

You must be at least 18, hold PADI Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver certifications or qualifying equivalents, and have at least 40 logged dives to begin. You also need qualifying CPR and first-aid training within the past 24 months and medical clearance signed by a physician within the past 12 months. Send us your details before booking so we can check them with you.

How many dives do I need to qualify?

You need at least 60 logged dives for certification, as well as completing all knowledge, water skills and practical requirements. Let us know your current dive count so we can discuss suitable preparation and any additional diving you need.

Why do you recommend another 10 days?

Extra time helps you turn new skills into useful experience. You can practise, learn from feedback and become more comfortable supporting diving activities. We recommend this extension to get the most from the course, but it is a separate, optional addition to the 10-day base programme.

Are equipment and eLearning included?

No. Divemaster equipment and eLearning must be purchased separately. We explain what you need and discuss the additional costs before you book. The optional 10-day extension also has a separate agreed price.

How do I book and pay?

Start by contacting us with your dates, qualifications and diving experience. The course deposit is £200 per person, paid by Wise or bank transfer. Your remaining balance is payable in cash on the first morning of your activity. We do not accept card payments. Divemaster eLearning is purchased separately, so we confirm those arrangements with you.

What if I need more practice?

Tell us where you need help. We explain, demonstrate and give you time to work on your skills. If further training is needed to meet the course requirements, we discuss the next steps and any extra cost with you before arranging it.

What comes after the PADI Divemaster course in Hurghada?

Your next step may be gaining more experience as a diving professional or working towards instructor training. We can talk through your goals and the requirements for the PADI Instructor Development Course. Completing Divemaster does not guarantee a job; experience and continued learning matter.
