We only use PADI Master Instructors for our courses and as dive guides. Our instructors have 10 years of teaching experience, hundreds of courses taught and are highly regarded in the Red Sea. They speak and write fluent English, so you can ask questions and understand the answers clearly.

Our instructors have the legal right to work in Egypt and hold the relevant government qualifications to work as professional dive guides and instructors.

They work full time for Dive UK Hurghada and are not freelance. This gives you continuity of care and the chance to dive with the same familiar instructor when you return.

That experience matters when you need a skill explained another way, a little more time or help rebuilding your confidence. We explain, demonstrate and let you practise. Your learning experience is very important to us.

For courses, we usually teach two students per instructor. Families can learn together in a group of up to four. For guided fun dives, we take a maximum of four scuba divers per instructor. We keep our groups small because we take safety and your comfort seriously. We do not take large groups.

We talk through the dive plan, equipment checks, buddy procedures and the conditions before entering the water. Your safety is our priority. We want you to understand what you are doing, rather than rush through the day.
