- To complete the PADI Rescue Course you must also complete the EFR (Emergency First Response Course)

Important notice and Payments:
Payment can only be accepted by cash or bank transfer to an English Bank Account. Unfortunately, we don’t accept card payments.
25% deposits are taken at time of booking to confirm. Also full payment for any PADI Materials are in Addition to the Deposit. Another 25% 10 weeks prior to arrival and remaining 50% of total booking paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Diving Holidays and Liveaboard’s have their own terms and conditions and are exempt from the above.
We accept all worldwide currency’s on our exchange rate of the day.
We suggest booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Cancellation policy:
- No refunds are given if less than 6 weeks notice is given from the check in date for any services. We will however help you recoup any cost through your Insurance company.
- 25% deposits are non refundable.
- PADI Materials are non refundable.
If you cancel with less than 8 weeks notice 80% is non refundable. Not applicable to Liveaboard’s, Diving holidays, PADI Courses and Materials.
If you cancel with more than 8 weeks notice 65% is non refundable. Not applicable to Liveaboard’s, Diving holidays, PADI Courses and Materials.
We understand things can happen and things do go wrong, we care very much about our customers and will do all we can to help you. If there is a problem please do come and talk to us.
Dive UK Hurghada suggest choosing a Holiday Insurance that covers you in event of a cancelation. If Dive UK Hurghada Cancel your holiday we will refund 100% of the money you have paid.
